The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Generate spam, misleading content, or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vidcraft and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (YouTube, Google, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
